Shipping & Returns



Items ordered through the Amarki solution are personalized and pre-approved by you PRIOR to ordering. Amarki does not except returns on printed materials that are customized by you for issues such as typographical errors or misinformation. If there is an issue with the quality of the printing our printers reserve the right to reprint or a full refund. You are responsible for the accuracy of any mailing or email list you proved for purposes of direct mail campaigns and email use. All names are your property and supplied by you so we therefore take no responsibility for the accuracy of supplied lists.

Each customer is responsible for using high resolution images to ensure print quality. Images should be sized large enough to fill the allotted space on the digital or print product. Using a low resolution image, or image sized too small, will result in a low quality product and Amarki, powered by CREELiT, will not liable for refund or reprint of the product.


Please note that while FedEx is very reliable, the shipping times for FedEx described are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays with FedEx. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we offer FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day and Express Saver (3 day). (Please note that FedEx does not guarantee delivery dates due to delays beyond their control, such as weather.)

CREELiT does not accept returns on printed materials in the case that FedEx is unable to deliver a package. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order and how or if you want to pay shipping. When you place an order, we determine shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All shipping is Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) to address in the US. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Refused Shipments

CREELiT is unable to accept back any packages that are refused delivery by you or your recipient. Refused packages will NOT be returned back to CREELiT or the printer as per our contract agreement with FedEx; therefore, any refused packages will be discarded by FedEx. Refused packages will not be refunded as they do not qualify for a refund.
